What we'll do
Finding Your Focus
Before we even create a vision for our life or business, we need to identify a focus. Through the power of searching and Socratic questions, you'll start to get clear on your passions and purpose so you can create a vision that is both meaningful and transformational.
Gratitude and Your Vision
Being able to find gratitude and joy in your current life and your ability to conjure up that feeling of a wish fulfilled will make your vision so much easier to bring into your reality. So we'll focus on bridging that gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Before we paint your vision in all its glory on Day Three.
How to Visualise
Woohoo! This is where the magic starts to happen. After reflecting on the last two days we'll step out of our conscious minds and create a vision for your life and business in the most amazing of ways. I guarantee you'll have never visualised this way before and you'll see things in your vision you could never have imagined! Except you did ha!
Creating a Plan for your Life and Business
You have your vision, you're feeling more joy in your life and now we need to put our practical pants on for just a moment to create an action plan you can stick to. Business owners often overcomplicate this step so instead, I'll help you create an action plan that is in total alignment with your soul's calling!
Affirmations not Naffirmations
You've got your vision, you've got your plan, let's create an affirmation that is complete alignment with all of this and not some fancy pancy saying, that sounded nice that you found on the interweb! When you do this, you are learning how to also create longer form scripts, which is another form of visualisation.
